- Avoid hot spicy, fermented and sour foods to reduce stomach acidity.
- To get acidity relief, suck on a piece of clove slowly (keep a clove in your mouth and chew it slowly slowly).
- Drink a glass of cold milk for acidity relief.
- Soak in water 10-15 dried seedless black raisins overnight. Eat these raisins in the morning and drink the water periodically throughout the day.
- Chew a few basil leaves.
- Eat slices of cucumber or cuts of watermelon every hour to reduce acidity.
- Take a few tablespoons lime juice with a little sugar added.
- Drink a cup of coconut water 4-5x a day.
- Take ½ teaspoon of 1:1 coriander seed powder and dry ginger powder with 1 cup warm water at bed time.
- Mix ¼ teaspoon each grounded cumin, pepper and coriander with a little honey added in ½ cup water 2x daily.
