DELL Launches Venue 7 and Venue 8 in India
Smartphone and tablet market in India is constantly growing from last few years, Many new and well known companies are taking India as a new market in all segments of gadgets; Dell is one of them.
One of most popular laptops and computer manufacturer DELL has launched tablets series named “Venue” in India for the first time. The Venue series is already popular and in demand in USA and other parts of the world. Two of these tablets works on Windows 8 and other 2 works on Google Android operating system.
Windows based Dell Tablets Cost In India
The Venue 8 Pro and Venue 11 Pro tablet based on Windows 8 operating systems will fall in high range tablets according to DELL. The Venue Pro 8 cost in India is Rs 26 499, However, DELL haven’t disclosed the Cost of Venue 11 Pro on its launch.
Android Based Dell’s Venue 7 Tablets Cost In India
DELL’s Android Based Tablets are of medium range budget, The company has officially announced the booking at launch of these two tablets, The Price quoted on the DELL’s Website for both the tablets are 12,999 Rs and 19,499 Rs Respectively for Android Based Venue 7 and Venue 8, Both the tablets are loaded with Intel’s Atom processor.
Dell’s laptops are already quite popular in India, so these tablet could be a game changer in Indian market. However, company is expecting to give solid competition to Google Nexus 7 and 10.

Venue 7 tablet will be in budget and it would cost 12,999 Including taxes, shipping and delivery through Dell.
The tablet has a 7 inch display screen which has resolution of 1200 * 800 pixels with DELL’s Display features, which is quite good compared to other 7 inch tablets in India.
Talking about the processor power of Venue Tablet, Its loaded with Intel Atom Z2760 1.6 GHz dual-core operating system. Its comes with 2 GB RAM, which is quite impressive in this price. Though, if we compare other tablets are coming with Quad – core processor in this price range, comparatively, may be processor looks quite low of Venue but 2 GB RAM could be a plus point for gamers. However, in case of high – definition graphics you’ll surely feel “there is something missing”, but this will work better than any average tablet available in the market.
Camera – Venue has 3 megapixel rear camera and VGA front camera, this seems to be very low profile camera on a tablet.
Storage Memory, Venue 7 has 16 GB! Internal Memory and you can expand external storage upto 32 GB. Now this is something heavy.
Battery Power: Venue 7 has 4100 mAh battery. According to the company, it gives talk time of 10 hours with HD video playback.
In terms of connectivity features it can be connected with Wi – Fi, Bluetooth and GPS, Now here we all miss SIM slot.
