Over the course of 40+ years, a growing number of clinical research studies are evaluating the medical benefits of the human growth hormone (HGH).

(HGH) Initially discovered in 1956, HGH was not identified until 1972. The human growth hormone is a potent anabolic hormone. Produced by the pituitary gland in the brain, it naturally occurs in the human body. It stimulates the growth in muscle, cartilage and bone.

There are many HGH human growth hormones products are available in the market, but i am gonna write about most common myth and facts of human growth hormone products.

10 myths and fact about HGH

  1. Myth: If the product label reads, HGH, then the product must be a HGH.
Fact: Many products containing the acronym or letters for HGH are NOT the human growth hormone. In fact, they do NOT contain any HGH, whatsoever. The majority of the products are amino acid “releasers,” “secretagogues” or “precursors.”
  2. Myth: All HGH products on the market have been clinically tested.
Fact: There are over one hundred HGH products on the market. Not all products are clinically tested. HGH products that do not report any IGF-1 clinical testing is may be questionable.
  3. Myth: All HGH is approved by the FDA.
Fact: The only HGH that is approved by the Food and Drug Administration is the prescription of HGH.
  4. Myth: All non-prescribed HGH is homeopathic.
Fact: Not all HGH is homeopathic. Homeopathic products: contain a small amount of HGH, are manufactured in a registered facility under the guidelines of a governing department of health, food and/or drug, and the ingredients are tested for purity.

  9. Myth: Weight gain while using HGH is attributed to growth of internal organs and connective tissue.
Fact: The “growth hormone (gh) gut” is a myth. A vast majority of clinical trials do not agree with researchers claiming that gains in weight are due to growth of internal organs and connective tissue. However, some people are allergic to synthetics. Potentially, they can experience intestinal discomfort. Glutamine, creatine, and other protein products have been known to cause a few problems.
  10. Myth: The human growth hormone works best by itself.
Fact: The effect of protein synthesis can drastically increase lean body mass. IGF-1 can increase protein synthesis. However, the effect depends on the presence of the growth hormone. The duo of hormones (HGH and IGF-1), productively increases protein synthesis.
