Few small changes in your eating habit which can easily keep you away from obesity. No its not crash dieting, Crash dieting is not a solution to reduce weight, Most of times crash dieting affects the metabolic rate of body which is bad for body and there is high chance of gaining the weight again.
Less Eating Increases the Obesity
Some people eat just two chapatis (bread), vegetables, pulses and biscuits in a day, but even than they gain extra weight, it’s because chapati and biscuits contain high carbohydrates and our Indian vegetarian food is highly rich in carbohydrates. Snacks, cold drinks, sodas, sugar, biscuits and tempting fast food should be avoided in any case.
Surveys says maximum numbers of vegetarians in world stays fit longer as well as probability of heart attack in them is very low but despite being maximum vegetarians in India it’s a not scene with our population. Even though we are one of vegetarian country but every 3rd person is on high risk of heart problem this is only because of rich carbohydrate food. If you want to lose weight and live healthy life you must avoid large quantity of carbohydrate food in your meals.

Maintain a balance diet, Eat good amount of Fruits and vegetables and nuts, Eat chapati as well but emphasis more on liquid diet.
